・The pumps are disassembled and cleaned at each switching time, but the existing pumps take time to disassemble and reassemble, which puts pressure on production time.
・It was not uncommon for a slight adjustment error during reassembly to cause the pump to lock up at the start of operation, requiring re-disassembly and reassembly.

Since disassembly, cleaning, and reassembly can be completed in 5 to 10 minutes, the time required for liquid changeover has been greatly reduced, and the amount of product that can be produced per day has increased.
In addition, since there is no need to make strict adjustments during reassembly, even unfamiliar staff can easily perform the work.
