Problem
In a line transferring highly viscous sauce, the existing rotary pumps sometimes stopped working suddenly due to contact between the rotors (scoring) caused by the internal pressure generated when transferring the liquid.
Whenever this occurred, the line had to be stopped and the pump disassembled for maintenance, which was not only time-consuming but also squeezed production time.

Because of its structure, contact between rotating parts is extremely unlikely to occur even when internal pressure is applied, eliminating scoring during operation and the risk of emergency shutdown.
In addition, disassembling and reassembling the pump is easier than before, reducing the time and effort required for cleaning after use.
As a result, an improvement of approximately 1.5 million yen per year was achieved.
